Found this absolutely superlative blog - of sorts, by THE audiophile and ear behind the incredible performance and tuning of Bang & Olufsen's legendary loudspeakers, the Tonmeister. Guys real name is Geoffrey Martin.

- Notice in the second link where in the BeoLab 14's satellite they actually use a thermal PASTE of sorts that couples to speaker driver's magnet to the back of the aluminum housing to help cool the motor structure.

Absolutely incredible. Truly the Apple of the audio world, in every positive/good way possible.

If any of you are curious of B&O's jaw dropping sound (my mouth literally opened when I heard these) - check out their H8's at an Apple store. Mesmerizing. I've also heard their 23,000 BeoLab 5's in person with my own source material in a B&O store and HOLY MAC, nothing I've ever heard before comes close, besides maybe Bowers and Wilkins 800D's powered my a McIntosh amp. The BeoLab 5's sounded even better than what I remember a JL Audio Fathom 113 sounding like in person - and that's only an accomplishment very few speakers can ever attest to accomplishing.

I plan on getting the H6 headphones, which have been reviewed as being truly reference class and one of the most accurate headphones out there.

Thought I'd share with you all, enjoy!
