I have a really annoying Audio Issue on my iPhone 12 Pro max with iOS 16.1.

When I play a game on the iPhone the sound level is normal, but if I do nothing for a few seconds and then continue to play the game, it is here the issue occurs, the volume is much lower for a few seconds until a couple seconds later to go up to normal sound level again.

The issue start in iOS 15. I have tried to reset all settings on the phone but the issue persist. Also tested all recommended settings.

I have report the issue to Apple feedback but I have not received any answer from them.

I hoping now someone can help me before I going to buy an Android phone.

Does this happen with all games or just with a specific game? Also when you say that you do nothing for a few seconds, is the game music playing, or is there just silence?

Did you try if it also happens with AirPods or any other bluetooth audio device connected? Or only with nothing connected?

It happens in all games that doesn't has music in the background, just have sound effects.

I do not having any Bluetooth devices connected when I playing, just using the internal speaker.
