Hello, is there any way to move sliders incrementally in OS X by the use of keyboard? Some sliders can be very tricky, like this one:

System Preferences --> Keyboard & Mouse --> Keyboard Shortcuts, and set the "Full keyboard access" selector at the bottom to "All controls."

You can now use the tab key to select any control in a window, including sliders, at which point the arrow keys move them.

That said, I seem to have a MUCH easier time controlling the particular slider you showed with the mouse--what problem are you having with it?

I don't have any particular problem with those sliders, but there have been times when I wish I could have moved the slider incrementally with the keyboard.

Thank you very much, most helpful advice :)
