Independence Day!

Wouldn't it be nice if Apple and AT&T will take 3G Iphone pre-orders, pre-activation or whatever it needs to be done on this coming Independence Day? Everybody's on holiday and it's a lot convenient and it will probably ease up the line on launch day?

I dont care if they take pre-orders on 4th of July, 30th of June or the 9th of July, just as long as they took pre-orders.
