Now that maverick has brought ability to independently launch apps on a second monitor, is it also now possible to set changing wallpapers autonomously for this other monitor?

I'm not sure I understood the question correctly, but in Mac OS X it has always (at least since v10.4 Tiger, haven't used earlier) been possible change desktop pictures on different displays independently, unless mirrored. I don't suppose this has been taken away in Mavericks.

I could be mistaken but think the OP is asking if the wallpapers can be set to automatically change for each display. Such as have one running out of the standard wallpapers Automatically changing say every 30 min and the second display automatically changing out of the photos folder. I haven't tried this so unsure if it is possible.

Exactly my question.
