Indesign 2.0.2 printing problem

hi all
i have a problem trying to print a poster i made in indesign.

i have to make it into either a pdf or an eps, and on doing so, there appear grey boxes behind every single text frame there is on the page.

how can i avoid this?


i have looked around on the web and it seems a known issue that has to do with transparancies etc.... but i have no idea on how indesign works whatsoever so i would appreciate any help that can lead me to a solution in some easy steps.
