Hopefully someone can save me yet another 3 weeks of typing hyperlinks for our website at work. :(

Long story short, we have a new website that is created using page turning SWF documents that contain hyperlinks all from within InDesign. I have now been asked to create a list at the end of each publication (all 100 of them) and that list has 100 items and they all need to link to a URL. I thought I could create the layout along with the hyperlinks in InDesign and then copy and paste the layout into each document and re SWF them and upload. Turns out that copying and pasting breaks all the links and it looks like the only way I can do this is by manually typing out 10,000 hyperlinks. I've already done 2500 for the other part of the site and its the last thing I need as I am getting way behind on my other work.

Is there a way to relink the links? InDesign says the reference is missing or something.

EDIT: When I say hyperlinks I don't simply mean text I mean a box that contains an image or text with a hyperlink attached to it. So if you click the image it takes you to the specified link.
