InDesign CS4 crashes after wake up from sleep

Hi all,

My version of InDesign CS4, will always crash after sleeping, especially when I have files open from a server volume. I've turned off the sleep hard disks when possible option in sys prefs but this didn't help.

Here is the interesting part of the crash log:

This never used to happen before when leaving files open from a server volume and sleeping. Massive PIA!
