INDESIGN HELP WANTED: Find/Change using Wildcards

How do you use Find/Change to change all instances of hyphens used in page ranges to en dashes?

I can see how the digit wildcard would be used to find the text, but not how I change to en dash without deleting the numbers either side of the newly inserted en dash.
