InDesign redraw issues

This just started happening tonight. Even after a restart.
I didn't load anything new and have repaired permissions.
I have a feeling it has something to do with Suitcase X1.
This happens when I scroll around with the hand tool!
What gives?

Solution:
1. Apple-R (Rulers off)
2. Apple-R (Rulers on)
3. You beauty!

No-one seems to know why this occurs, but the above trick sure cuts it out. Until the next time it happens, and you'll know what to do then.
