Individual files / shortcuts on the Springboard???

Hello!!!

I have iphone 3gs 4.0.1. with jailbreak. I am wondering is there a way to add links (shortcuts) to individual files to the springboard? For exaple, to add individual songs, photos, or other files (which could be open in some file viewer) directly to some of the home screens?
