Inertial scrolling in non-multitouch Macbooks?

Hi,

I wonder if there is a third-party utility or other solution for enabling inertial scrolling on older Macbook that don't have a multitouch touchpad. I happen to have a black Penryn Macbook, for instance (2.4GHz Core 2 Duo).
