I just ordered a Studio Max.... to replace my 2017 27"Imac, and realized that I don't have a decent screen to use :(
The iMac has dual 21" externals (not Retina), but I need an INEXPENSIVE 27-32" main display now...

It needs to be "Retina" compatible... Doesn't have to be super fast refresh (for coding, not gaming)
and it needs to be "inexpensive"... The LG and Studio Display are WAY WAY out of budget

What does it take for a monitor to qualify as a "Retina Device" .. .suggestions?

I used to use a 32" 4K Samsung which I am now selling cheap on eBay because I now have the new Studio Display to accompany my 2011 27" TB display for a dual display - 5K and WQHD 2560x1440.
