Infinifolders to FolderEnhancer

So when I used to have infinifolders, in itunes the icons will show exactly as they show on the phone in their respective folders. Now when I use Folder enchancer, what i see on the phone and what I see on itunes does not match up, some of the apps/icons are not in the folders. Am i doing this right or is this the way it is supposed to be?

and when i switch back to infinifolders all is well again and all shows up nicely as per the phone.... so is this just the way FE works?

That's the way it's supposed to work in FE.

ah ok forget it then lol seeing those messed up icons/apps on itunes is like an itch i cannot scratch haha thanks for the info.
