iPhone infinite respring/reboot

so my phone is jailbroken using pangu on ios 7.1.2. my phone is pretty old and crashes and freezes a lot but it worked fine being jailbroken. randomly my phone crashed. i couldnt turn it back on using the home button like i normally do because my power button is broke. so i tried to erase it from icoud since i couldnt restore it using itunes (because i needed to turn off find my iphone from inside my settings) all looked like it was going well but then it got stuck at this respring. it goes until the battery drains. then i charged it up and it came back to my lockscreen! but after about a minute it starts the infinite respring again. idk what to do, any suggestions? it has done this 3 times in a row, do i need to buy a new phone?

put into dfu mode and restore. set up as new.
