Infinitive Loop iPad iOS 8 App Store

Running the GM release of IOS8 and trying to download apps on my iPad.

Now in an infinitive loop of terms and conditions agreement, I agree then I get prompted to agree again, so it goes on.

Anyone else experiencing this issue on IOS8 and iPad IOS8 app store?
