iPod touch Infinity Blade 2 crash 5th gen ipod touch

5th gen ipod touch iOS 6.0.1

just bought infinity blade 2, open, when it shows the "Chair" logo the sound starts to be baggy, when the "infinity blade 2" logo appear it crashes and go back to home screen.

i tried closing all apps to clear RAM but problem still persists,

just wasted $3

probably the IOS 6.0.1 issue, no need to clear ram as there are plenty (512mb) for a non-phone.
