Has anyone ever done business with them? I called them on Monday the 14th and asked them if they had in stock the 17" MBP w/gossy screen and he said yes so i ordered it. I called back later that day to see if they processed my order and i confirmed not only was it glossy but glossy is alll they have!! Well it came on the 16th and its not glossy!!

I'm calling them back today, the "boss" is very hard to reach of course. I have also made a report to apple

There I was just gearing myself up for a rant about the evils of faux-luxo car companies...

Anyway... mistakes happen, be polite, explain the inconvenience... turn the charm on, I find that you get much better service that way.
