Hello,
what you should I do and care of, if I do myself an inflated battery replacement, it's visible on the computer case...
Thanks

I'd take it to Apple now before that model is classified as obsolete. That'll be your best bet. There are third party kits, but it sounds like it'd be better to just have Apple replace the entire top case assembly (which includes the glued on battery).

Here in France, its used price is about 350€/400€, and at apple store the replacement of the battery is 210€ without the case obviously.
I's a bit dangerous to keep it like this, for sure, as it can catch fire at anytime...
But I don't want to do anything stupid 😅 like sell it for 100€ at the end, you see what I mean?
I don't know what to do...

210€ is a bargain.
Jump on it while you still can (assuming you want to keep the MBP).

For that price, you get:
- A new, Apple-brand battery
- Installation
- A short warranty.

You could "do it yourself" for less, but there are hazards involved.
It's easier to "let them do it"...

With a battery replacement hopefully you’ll get a good few extra years at least out of it. Even if not willing to run unsupported Monterey on it you’ll still have a few years of security updates on Big Sur.

mine has swollen a second time. previously had this happen and had apple sort it.

good to know I can still get it fixed

As well as doing a battery replacement you could consider using MacsFanControl to run the fans at a higher speed. If you can put up with the noise then the battery wouldn't heat up as much and that may reduce the chances of it swelling again.

I just have to ask:
Are you one of the "I leave it plugged in and on the charger all the time" guys...?

I am indeed...

Then I suggest that you "change your ways", because leaving it plugged in "all the time" is probably what caused the battery's swollen condition.

My tips:
- 3-4 times per week, unplug the charging cable. Let the battery run down to about 40%, then reconnect the charging cable

- AT NIGHT (whether you power off the MBP or just put it to sleep), UNPLUG the charger FROM THE WALL OUTLET. In the morning, plug it back in.
