Info about getting paid for submitted apps

Hi,

I'm from Bolivia and I want to start to write apps for the Mac App Store.

Anyway, I'm not sure what mechanisms can I use to get money from the sales of my submitted apps (I mean, bank accounts, checks sent via mail, etc.).

Do you know some URL published by Apple about such stuff?

The money is sent monthly after a 1 month delay (so you get the money for January sales at the end of February) by international bank transfer.

Back when I joined (when the iPhone app store first opened), you had to register for a USA tax code before you could sell apps. I think they have changed that now though, but you'll still have to fill in a few tax forms.
