Hi People,

I'm thinking to buy my first ipod, and I couldn't find any information about the transferency of musics and videos from Windows/Linux, can I transfer any kind of music or video from the computer to the ipod touch ?
Because I don't think to buy so many things by the iTunes/Internet, I would like to put my things in the ipod touch to hear and watch.

Thanks

Milton

Check for formats supported by the iPod though iTunes should convert all unsupported files to m4a format automatically. If you want to convert videos, there's plenty of good free iPod video converters out there. Jodix is a good one.
Not sure about linux, so far I don't think Apple has been too friendly to Linux users =P

transferancy

yes you can pretty much. mp3 for audio and mp4 for video. if you need a converter try aimesoftit works great it also converts dvd to ipod.
