Info badge says HD when playin for 4K films

Hello. For some reason some of my titles are not playing in 4K even though it says 4K in my library. When I press menu to get to extras and info it says HD. I have "quick start" on and all my other itunes videos play in 4K.
The latest version of "Top Gun" as an example.
What's going on?

I have the same thing happening to me when playing 4k movies from my USA and Canada iTunes library. When I play the same movie in Movies Anywhere, the streaming rate is much higher than iTunes.

This is probably related to Apple's temporary throttling to reduce Internet traffic.
