iPod touch Info Bar

Okay so here's my issue. I just purchased a new itouch 4th gen. and I'll just be calmy searching the Internet or on facebook or skype and the information bar at the top of the screen starts flashing red and I have no clue what it's trying to tell me. I've tried clicking on it everything. I've owned every itouch Apple has came out with and this is the first thing I have been baffled by because I don't know what it's telling me.

Yeah i should be able to. It only does it every once in a while so im not really sure what it could be telling me.

The first thing you will need to try is restoring your iPod Touch and dont use your backup. If it still has the issue, you will need to take it into the store and have them replace it... make a Genius BAr Appt.

It means you have a skype call / face time. try touching it next time it shows up
