What happens if I want to use another number's upgrade on the same account?
At&t allows you to select a different number on a family plan, and use their upgrade on your own personal phone line
Will the process apple has allow me to do this?
For clarification on this I would recommend speaking with an AT&T agent as the process online only allows for your phone number information to be entered.
And what about the micro sim
This will arrive with the iPad to be activated with AT&T.

The iPhone will arrive with a sim card for activation to be completed with AT&T.
So if it arrives in the mail, I have to go to an at&t store to activate it?
I cannot do it on my own?
