Info stuck after factory reset

So I got my Apple TV from spectrum (local cable company in my area (NH USA)) few months ago I dropped them as my provider. I’m trying to factory reset em to get rid of the devices, don’t need em anymore. I went thru the reset process and decided to try going thru the startup process again just to be sure, and good thing I did because during startup it brought up a thing asking if I wanna go thru spectrum with my email address right there. I clicked the option don’t have service provider. And now it’s fine. How do I get rid of that so person doesn’t try to go thru with my email when they startup? It’s kinda hard to explain and I think I did a bad job at that lol. Thank you to anyone who can help.
