infograph face - anyone use it?

hi

i'm trying to use the infograph face on my series 6, however when i look at an example image of what the face can display i don't seem to have those options.

i have been able to add the top left, top right and bottom right complications.
however none of the options give me the option to add the bottom left, or any if the 4 internal complications.

am i missing something?

The bottom left is under Weather -> More -> Temperature

they do not show up as an option to select

yes, both on iphone and watch the weather app is set to show the weather at current location.
and on both devices the weather app is working as expected.

I think this is something unique to your app configurations. You’re missing quite a few options.

What happens if you try to load the first default infograph face the face gallery? This has that temperature complication on there

the first default face doesn't show temperature for me.
it only has earth and breate visible, all the others are set to "off"

should note - this is a brand new watch and brand new iphone - only set up yesterday

Am I right in thinking that brand new, you mean fresh out of the box? So WatchOS and iOS is suitably up to date?

Not sure if it makes a difference. Do you have Background Refresh turned on or off?

This should work. Sorry I know that isn't helpful. But what complications show up in what spot on a watch face is confusing. It seems like a mix of settings and options in the app on the watch or phone or in settings generally. But first can you run all the apps you want complications for on your watch now? Is the info you are looking for there? I would look at the list of installed apps in productivity on the phone to make sure everything you want is installed and that there isn't a setting or a permission you need (like location, for weather, stuff like that).

yes, both fresh out the box, both updated (iOS 14.5 and WatchOS 7.4.1)
background refresh is enabled for all apps

the weather app is installed on the watch and it's working fine. displaying the correct for the location.

i'm wondering if there may be a link issue.
watch screenshot function was disabled, so i turned it on (using the phone app), however the watch still won't take screenshot (pressing the crown and button).

On the iPhone watch app. Go to all watches on the top left. choose Your watch and unpair

Did you try changing the complications from the watch instead of the watch app? Hold your finger on the watch face then press edit.

I use infograph on an SE and I use many of those complications.

a reset seems to have mostly fixed it.
i can add almost all the complications now, can't seem to find the two left/right inner ones though, they look like fitness/health ones.

also, screenshot taking still doesn't work.

Screenshots always worked a bit wonky for me so I disabled it

Inner left is AutoSleep from appstore. You need to install it first.

About the only one I've consistently used since my watch purchase. Holds just the right amount of complications. Do you know anyone using it the way you like so they can 'send' theirs
to you?
