I'll probably be getting an iPod Touch [second generation] 16GB for Christmas... My two ways of purchasing it will probably be Best Buy or from Apple.com... Which way would you recommend I buy it? I'm leaning more towards getting it from Best Buy... but I'm not sure.

Now, my question about the warranty...if I do get it from Best Buy...do I still have a 1 year warranty? Or is it only for 3 months? [I read somewhere that if you buy it from Best Buy; your warranty will not be as long...]

Thanks for reading.

bestbuy for sure. Either way you'll be covered under apples 1 yr mfg warranty, but with BB you have 30 days to return/exchange with no restock fee. Apple is 14 days and a restock fee except if its a defective unit.
