Dear all

Please can someone assist, or point me to a solution?

I am currently locked out of my Apple ID, as:

1) I don't recall my password,
2) The account recovery process requires me to add credit card details, of a card that I no longer have
3) In the absence of this, it asks me to wait 2 weeks without using either my iPhone or my MacBook

I have waited 6 weeks, trying to access my Apple ID, and Apple support seem entirely unable to help.

Anyone got any advice, or one through this themselves and found a solution?
