iPad Initial iPad 4 LTE delivery dates = 26 Nov 12

I preordered a black 64GB AT&T iPad 4 at right around 3:05 EDT and just checked my order status page where I noticed it says "Delivers Nov 26 via Standard Shipping." I guess it's nice to have a firm delivery date!
 
Ditto, I certainly WOULD NOT call November 26th "mid-November", perhaps "late November" or the "end of November"

Did anyone else get the 11/21 date or before for LTE? I ordered within a few minutes on the iOS app. I haven't seen anyone else post that date yet, and I'm starting to feel a bit lucky.

Man you did get lucky because I was done with my order by 12;01 PST and mine says the 23rd. Where do you live?
 
iDevices always deliver before their estimated delivery dates.

i remember for my iPhone 4S it quoted 6 business days for delivery. it took 2 1/2 which is impressive considering it's nearly a 24 hour flight just to go from China to the West Coast

I live in Houston. It's weird because it took me a couple of minutes to fiddle with the options and payment, but I still got it done fairly quickly. The sad part though, is that the white wifi I bought is for a Christmas present and the LTE one is for me, so I can't use it for a few weeks. Oh well, first world problems, right? ;)

Well that answers nothing because i'm in Dallas. I ordered one white and one black (wife doesn't know which colors she wants so I get the other). I used the app with express checkout. HUH??????
 
We're talking a little bit apples-and-oranges here. My 11/26 date was for the full-size 64GB AT&T iPad 4, not the iPad mini.

Yes, you are right. Mine's an iPad mini. Interesting, I had assumed the iPad 4 would be available on 11/2 (including LTE).
 
Shipping of iPad 4 64g w/AT&T

Mine shows available in Mid Nov with shipping arrival on Nov 26th. I called to see if the "standard" shipping could be changed. The customer service rep said that since the 4G versions are predicted to be ready (first wave) by mid Nov, posting a arrival of 26th Nov is being conservative. He said "Apple likes to under promise and over deliver on orders." That has also been my experience. He also said that they cannot change the shipping to 1 or 2 days expedited because they cannot be assured of the actual date they will be ready for shipment. So, if they promised 1-2 days after mid Nov "ready for shipment," they would have people very upset with them. Putting arrival Nov 26th covers them just in case something slips with the product.

Sounds reasonable.
 
Surprise!! Mine is scheduled for delivery on November 17th.

My iPad mini white 16GB AT&T with no other items is still scheduled for 23 November with Stabdard Delivery.

Strange how many posts concern the iPad Mini when the title of the OP post says iPad 4.

I haven't seen a post for an iPad 4 earlier than 11/26.

When we ordered Apple said available for shipping mid November and 6 days to ship. I guess 11/20 would still be mid November.:)

That might have been your problem, as it looks like your clock is off. In the US we are on Daylight Saving Time, and they went on sale at 12:01am PDT, not PST.
 
Had a chat with apple store chat today.

I ordered a ipad 4 (retina + lightning) with wifi + cell Verizon today. A 32gb model and I asked about the shipping date. The representative told me it was due to be shipped in 10 days. That would make it on the 16th of November.:D:D
 
My order still says processing with "late november" as its ship date. I pre ordered at 3:30 e.t the night pre orders launched. Im in Toronto.
