Ink Window Not Showing Up

Hi. I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet. I installed all of the drivers, and I went to System Preferences and clicked "Ink". I enabled Handwriting Recognition, and enabled the Ink Window, but no window appears. Anyone know why?
