I have both these monitors and a M1 Pro MBP. I can connect the Innocn with USB C directly to get 4k 120 HDR. When I try to daisy chain the Innocn to the UltraFine, I can get 4k 60 no HDR. I understand that the LG was designed to daisy chain a 4k 60 monitor but I've also come to learn that there are docks like the CalDigit TS4 that can output to two Pro Display XDRs.

What's the technical reason for why I can't plug daisy chain the Innocn and get 4k 120 HDR?

Additionally, can a Caldigit Element hub be used as a hub for both monitors? The CalDigit website says the TS4 can be used for 4k 144 but does not say if the Element Hub can.

My ideal setup would be one cable to the Mac with the Innocn and LG being connected through daisy chain or a CalDigit Element hub.

So I bought an Element and im able to get 4k 120 HDR on the Innocn and 4k 60 on the LG. I run the Innocn scaled at 3008 x 1692 but the scaled resolutions that I use to have on the LG are no longer available. This means I need to use 1080P HiDPI which looks more blurry than the previous resolution that I had.

Both displays are connected with non-ThunderBolt USB C cables and the hub is plugged into the laptop with the TB3 cable that came with the LG UltraFine.
