Inporting TV Shows to iTunes?

OK I have a DVD of Hero's season 1. I have ripped it to my macbook and I would like to the shows to the TV shows section of iTunes. Everytime I put it in to iTunes it puts it in the movies section. I would like for them to go in to TV shows. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how?

You need something to set the metadata like atomic parsley or lostify...

Thank you so much! Lostify works great! I tried TvTagger and it kept crashing I am using 10.5.1 maybe thats why it kept crashing anyway thanks again!

You can also tag them inside itunes. Itunes allows you to change the type to TVShow or music video from movie. All added video will be added as a movie. Not purchased video but added video.
