Input vid to 21.5 via external card?

Is there some sort of external video card or tv tuner apparatus that would allow me (however convoluted) to send video out from a Mac mini to my 21.5 inch iMac?

yes and I am hoping there is some sort of external video card or something similar that would allow me to do so


I'm also open to cracking the monitor open to do some tech work if there's something that could be done in there

Why not just buy a 21" monitor? They go cheap compared to destroying your iMac.
