A friend of mine has an iPhone 4 on iOS 5 and I have a new iPhone 4S 64GB. He and I are both AT&T. We sat next to each other here in Hoboken, NJ and ran the exact same speed test several times (speedtest.gizmodo.com). He consistently got 1.6-1.8Mbps. My phone consistently got 60-120Kbps.

Has anyone seen this problem? How should I approach solving it? I'm worried about just calling AT&T and saying it's slow, I'm guessing they'll just say everything is fine on their end.

Could this have to do with restoring then using a backup of my old 4 instead of setting it up as a new iPhone?
