Insecure StartUp Item Disabled ??

Everytime i boot my Macbook Pro i get a PopUp Error saying
" Insecure StartUp Item Disabled " ...

i have attached a screenshot of the error.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying thing?

Go to the path indicated and delete the item.

You're saying there is no such item in your /Library/StartUpItems folder?
Or are you saying you can't find that folder.

To get to your /Library folder in Lion, launch Finder and click Go > Go to Folder and type: /Library
