Insert a interactive calender in iWork Nuumbers

I am trying to create a statistical sports journal on numbers and need ot insert a calender that relates to the tables. For instance I click the 10 of december I can look and see what I entered for that day. Somewhat like bento database, but i need more functions and formulas.
