Hi,

I've got a screen capture video at 1478x894, and the video is too large to put up on a Web site at full resolution. What I'd like to be able to do is to take the full-sized video and scale it down (which I can do) but also take parts of the full-res video and crop them to the new scaled size (say 600 or 800 pixels on the long edge) to show typing and characters in a readable fashion, and interspace those frames into the scaled movie (which I think I can do.) I'm not sure how to cut the clip down to get a cropped version. I have Avid Free, iMovie, iMovieHD, MPEG Streamclip, and the Adobe converter- can I do it with any of these tools? Do I need something else?

Thanks!
