insert Strikethru in iTunes Album/song title

Hi,

Is there any way to insert a strikethru (preferably in color) into a iTunes Album title (or song title). I tried TextEdit but no luck. I have an old CD that I've ripped into my iTunes by that famous NYC couple with a pesky little title: Double Fantasy. Would prefer a single fantasy, really.
