Inserting a title picture using QT Pro

I have a screencast I have made. I also have a separate .wav voice over introduction that I want to add to the start of the movie. I've added this voice over but (obviously) it plays with a blank screen until it gets to the video. I have made a title image in Photoshop. How do I add this to the start of the movie to last as long as the voice over?
