OK, I've tried it all now.
Fwapping.
Valium.
Diazepam.
Mogadon.
And those other things with words in them! What are they called? - Oh yeah! Books!

Punching myself in the face!
Running.
Counting Sheep (and then shearing the sheep, turning the wool into jumpers, then I can't sleep cause I can't sell the jumpers).
And, I even got rid of the bodies in the basement, so there'd be no more guilt!

I've not slept for 13 years! PLEASE HELP?

What kind of insomnia do they say you have?

I have late sleeping insomnia that is cyclic, so every 3 or 4 months I spend 2 or 3 weeks unable to get to sleep.

There are many kinds of insomnia, all with different treatments. Get yourself to a sleep disorders clinic.
