Instability (wOS 2.2 and iOS 9.3.1)

I've been experience a high level of instability with my Watch over the last few days. It has crashed and needed a hard-reboot at least three times. I'm running the current latest versions of both wOS and iOS.

I haven't added any new Watch apps recently and I have 5.5 GB of free space available.

Anyone else having problems like this?

Only issues that I had were achievement related. Have you unpaired and repaired?

Maybe one of the apps had an update which isn't working right.

Thanks for the good suggestions, I'll give both a try. I only use one 3rd party app so at least that diagnostic will be straightforward!

Funny you should mention that, I've had a couple of lock ups and reboots these last few days. I've had my watch almost a year without issue.
