iPhone XS Max instagram and twitter notification sound??

new to iphone and got the xs max yesterday, and i;m not getting a sound with the notification in some apps like twitter, instagram and ups so far that i know of but other app work fine like whatsapp and nest and i have all the settings the same set for all the apps i have
