Hi my Instagram app won't load my feed with all my pictures this window comes up every time. I deleted the app and reinstalled and changed my password numerous times but this still happens

Instagram app won't load pictures

iPhone 5 6.1.4 and i just restored my phone a couple days ago from iOS 7. But on my other Instagram account it works fine just not my main one
When you uninstalled the app, did you also completely shutdown your phone after that- prior to re installing?
If not, delete the app, hold down the power button until the slide to power off pops up, and and power down.
Leave it off or 30 seconds or more and then reboot. Then try re installing.
Sometimes there's bi's of data left over even after an uninstall.
Tried that and it didn't work same thing happens do you think something is wrong with my account or something from Instagram is down
