I am having an issue with Insta notifications. they aren't working at all. I went to settings and checked notifications and everything fine. and scrolled down to instagram and everything on but I am not receiving notifications at all so what's wrong?? it's not only Insta but I noticed Facebook too and maybe other apps knowing that many other apps push notifications normally
