Instagram wont connect to twitter with GM build

I istalled the gm build then redtored my backup from a earlier beta build of ios 8.

I con't connect my facebook account to instagram but I get an errro message saying: "We coul't connect to Twitter."

I have already relinked my twitter account with ios 8 so I dont think its an issue with my twitter account on ios 8.

Anyone else having this issue? I have already reported this to Istagram in case its a bug with the GM build.
