Hi

i watched a lot of youtube and still could not find the answer

i do not care about my data in the MBP ,so i do not mind fresh lion
thanks

any recommendation for screwdriver in uk

First make sure you to install any updates for the MacBook Pro before installing the SSD. There might be a firmware update, depending on your MacBook Pro model. It might have been already installed when you bought the MacBook Pro, but just make sure you can access something called Lion Recovery Mode. This lets you install a fresh copy of Lion by downloading the software from Apple.

I'm 99% sure that's how it works. I don't have OS X Lion so I can't tell you out of experience about how it works. Hopefully someone else who has Lion can post and make sure for you.

Yes you boot into the Lion Recovery and it will Download, then bring you to a menu to open disk utility, terminal, or reinstall lion, then reinstall lion and it will download and install.
