Hi

I wanted to install 10.5 on my Mac Mini G4, the only copy of 10.5 I have is for my Macbook, would I be able to install it using those discs or even using the new remote install app? If there is any way whatsoever, any help much appreciate, thanks.

No, you can't. Those disks are specifically for your laptop. Best thing to do is to pick up a copy of Leopard on eBay. The retail pack that looks like this:

Is there not anything at all that will let me install it? I had a look on eBay and they are only £30 or so, but still, £30 saved makes me £30 better off. :) Basically I'd rather save the money even though its not much.

No, they are specific for the model and revision. They will not install.

Even if there was, it would be against forum rules to ask or to give help in this matter.

Don't be cheap. Get Leopard or be patient and skip it for Snow Leopard which will be out next year.
