I am currently using a MacBook Pro using a hard drive in place of my SuperDrive. I run the system off of a smaller SSD. When installing applications from the App Store, is there a way to install them on the secondary drive as my primary drive does not have enough space? Thanks!

I don't recommend installing apps in any location other than the /Applications folder of your boot drive. Many apps will have problems if you install them in other locations. You're better off moving user files to another location and leaving the apps in the default location.
