I'm currently on 10.15.5 Beta (19F62f). Have been having some serious problems since 10.15.4

Is it possible to simply install 10.15.3 over top of my current install? Run it like a regular update?

"Is it possible to simply install 10.15.3 over top of my current install? Run it like a regular update?"

No. Impossible.

The only way to "go back" would be to:
1. Back up to an external drive (I recommend CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper)
2. Boot to the special INTERNET recovery using this key combination:
shift option command R
(this will install the original version of the OS that shipped with the Mac)
3. Open disk utility and choose "show all devices" from the view menu (this is a VERY important step, do not forget it!)
4. On the left, choose "the top line" which represents the physical drive
5. ERASE IT to APFS with GUID partition format
6. Close disk utility and open the OS installer.
7. It should install the older OS.
8. Now, begin setup.
9. You -might- be able to get setup assistant to restore from the backup, but not sure if this will work because s.a. may refuse to restore from a backup that is "newer than" the OS you now have on the drive.

In that case, you will have to rebuild your applications and data "manually", a little at a time. No other way.

Time to ask yourself:
"Do I really want to do this...?"
