So I upgraded from iPhone 11 to 16 Pro today. The store had a trade offer when buying a new phone so I decided to trade in the old for a reduced price for the new. So I connected the 11 to my Mac and made a backup of the phone before going to the store. When I get back home and connect the 16 Pro to the Mac, when the setup tells me to for transferring apps etc, nothing happens..it's like the phone doesn't detect that the Mac is connected. So how can I utilise the backup I saved earlier?

I think you will need to restore from a backup

After some attempts the phone all of a sudden could communicate with the Mac, so then it got sorted 👍
